Job description

- We’re looking for a driven, in-home Residential Sales Representative who thrives in a consultative sales environment and wants to earn what they’re worth. This is a face-to-face, appointment-based sales role with a trusted brand, strong support, and a proven process.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations using a proven, structured sales process
- Perform water testing demonstrations to educate homeowners on their water quality
- Recommend customized water treatment solutions (softeners, reverse osmosis, filtration systems)
- Close sales during the appointment whenever possible
- Manage follow-up opportunities and maintain communication with prospects
- Accurately document customer information, proposals, and outcomes
- Represent the Culligan brand with professionalism and integrity in every home
Requirements
- Proven experience in in-home sales, outside sales, or consultative sales (preferred but not required for the right candidate)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in asking for the sale and overcoming objections
- Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
- Ability to work evenings and some weekends (when homeowners are available)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Coachable and open to following a structured sales system
