- seeking a Project Manager Administrator (PMA) to join our team.

- The PMA plays a crucial role in supporting project managers and project teams by handling
- various administrative tasks. The ideal PMA will be highly organized and meticulous with the
- ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- • Ensure all project documentation is organized, up to date, and easily accessible for the
- team.
- • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- • Distribute project-related information, updates, and announcements to the relevant
- parties.
- • Help schedule/coordinate meetings, including sending out invitations and preparing
- agendas.
- • Enter project-related data into project management software or databases.
- • Maintain and update project tracking systems to monitor progress and performance
- indicators.
- • Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses.
- • Process invoices and expense reports and ensure they are submitted and approved in a
- timely manner.
- • Help in coordinating resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials, to support
- project needs.
- • Assist with scheduling and resource allocation to ensure that projects are adequately
- staffed and resourced.
- • Assist in identifying and tracking project risks and issues.
- • Support the development of risk mitigation plans and monitor their progress.
- • Generate regular reports on project status, budget, and other relevant metrics.
- • Prepare presentations and reports for project stakeholders and management.
- • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are following project
- requirements.
- • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.
- • Maintain a repository of best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
- • Use this knowledge to improve project management processes and outcomes.
- • Provide general administrative support to project managers, such as scheduling, travel
- arrangements, and document formatting.
- • Help with the coordination of project team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and suggest
- enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Performs other related duties as assigned.

- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in this or related position.
- • Experience using Bluebeam, HCSS, or Sage is desired.
