• We are looking for an experienced paralegal who is passionate about their work, detail oriented, high follow-through, and has a through understanding of how the legal process works. Our paralegals work one-to-one with their assigned attorney, so you get a great opportunity to become your attorney's right hand.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting pleadings and discovery.
• Manage case files and electronic discovery, including document review and production.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain accurate calendars, timekeeping, and perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of plaintiff litigation experience, employment litigation experience a plus.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed (which is rarely).
