The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. The ideal candidate is introspective and patient, even when assisting difficult situations, and always learning.

Responsibilities

• Manually scan or transfer computer saved documents to appropriate company proprietary software filing categories.
• Maintain professional use of all internal and external systems available through the company.
• Organize individual lot files to be prepared for scanning.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Achieve goals consistently and efficiently.

• Ability to maintain privileged confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines.
