You'll combine creative thinking with digital expertise to strengthen the VAA brand, lead our website and digital experience, expand our presence in search and develop compelling creative that supports our people, clients and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Bring the VAA brand to life. Lead hands-on creative development across digital and print materials, campaigns, presentations, sales tools, recruiting materials and other branded communications.
• Shape our digital experience. Manage and continuously improve VAA's website, including content, functionality, user experience, landing pages and conversion pathways.
• Grow our digital visibility. Develop and execute SEO strategies that improve organic search performance while helping VAA adapt to emerging AI-powered search and answer experiences.
• Turn strategy into creative. Develop creative concepts and assets that support campaigns, service promotions, recruiting and business development.
• Make digital work harder. Use analytics, user behavior and performance data to identify opportunities and continuously improve digital experiences and marketing effectiveness.
• Strengthen our digital ecosystem. Help connect VAA's website, analytics, CRM, marketing automation and other digital tools to create more integrated experiences.
• Improve how we connect internally. Partner with stakeholders to enhance the structure, usability, navigation and overall experience of VAA's SharePoint environment.
• Tell stories visually. Manage and edit photography and video for use across web, social, recruiting, campaigns and other marketing channels.
• Create systems that scale. Develop templates, standards and reusable creative tools that strengthen brand consistency and help marketing work more efficiently.
• Explore what's next. Identify emerging technologies, AI tools, search trends and digital opportunities that can help VAA improve how we market, communicate and grow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand, creative services, digital experience or a related role
• Strong visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work across digital and print applications
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or comparable professional creative tools
• Experience managing and optimizing websites through WordPress or a comparable CMS
• Working knowledge of SEO, website UX, digital marketing and conversion optimization best practices
• Experience with website analytics and search performance tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Experience developing and editing photography and video for marketing applications
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to translate complex or technical subject matter into clear, engaging visual and digital experiences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Curiosity and a willingness to explore emerging technologies, including AI-powered marketing and search tools
• Experience in B2B marketing, professional services, architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing or another technical industry is a plus.
• Candidates should be prepared to share examples of relevant creative and digital work.

• Starting Annual Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000. A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer including, but not limited to, market data, geographic location, experience, and specialized skills.
