- Join our team at Long Honda of Albany as a Service Advisor located in Albany, GA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive service and repairs, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring seamless communication between customers and our service technicians. Your expertise will help maintain customer satisfaction and support the overall operations of our service department.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen to customers' concerns and vehicle issues to accurately assess service needs.
- Provide detailed estimates, explain service processes, and recommend maintenance or repairs.
