• CAS Auto is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the strategy-through-execution loop for a core international B2B business unit within the CAS Automotive portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of mid-to-long-term planning and day-to-day, incremental execution: you will build the roadmap and run the campaigns, define the automations, and report the results that prove it's working.
• This is an independent, high-ownership position. You will be given direction on outcomes, not a script for how to get there — you're expected to build relationships across the business, learn how CAS Auto operates, and drive your workstreams. You will partner directly with the Sales Director and sales team on lead generation, lead qualification, conversion management, and customer retention, and you'll be expected to use AI tools to move faster and go deeper — not as a substitute for your own judgment, analysis, or subject-matter expertise.
• This role reports into a marketing structure that has dedicated alignment to our operating business units and functional specialists (paid media, content, marketing ops, etc.). Success requires being genuinely easy to work with across that matrix — proactive, transparent, and reliable.
• The primary objective of this role is to support the business unit by driving qualified demand and support revenue growth across international markets.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning
• Develop mid-to-long-term marketing objectives for the business unit and translate them into a week-to-week execution plan — not just a deck.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform positioning, segmentation, and messaging.
• Partner with BU and Sales leadership to identify growth opportunities, segment priorities, and product/campaign focus areas.
• Demand Generation, Content & Campaign Execution
• Own end-to-end development and execution of multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, social, content) from brief through launch through optimization.
• Build and manage marketing automations and lifecycle workflows (HubSpot or equivalent).
• Use AI tools to increase speed and quality of execution (research, drafting, analysis) while retaining ownership of strategic judgment and final quality.
• Sales Partnership & Revenue Impact
• Work directly with the Sales Director and team on lead generation, lead qualification, and conversion management.
• Build retention and frequency programs that grow customer LTV and repeat business.
• Equip sales with the assets, insights, and playbooks they need — and see those playbooks through to actual implementation, not just a delivered outline.
• KPI Management & Insight
• Define the KPI methodology and build the scorecard for the business unit — what's tracked, why, and how it rolls up to revenue.
• Deliver regular trend analysis and insight, proactively, without being asked for a status update.
• Own reporting on campaign effectiveness, lead flow, and marketing ROI.
• Ownership & Cross-Functional Relationships
• Drive assigned projects from kickoff to completion with proactive, unprompted status updates — flag risk to timelines early, not at the deadline.
• Build working relationships across business-unit and functional marketing peers, sales, and leadership without needing to be introduced or directed.
• Manage your own calendar and commitments in a way that doesn't create coverage gaps for the team — communicate absences, handoffs, and delegated work clearly and early.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• What we are looking for
• 4–7 years of B2B marketing or growth experience, with meaningful ownership of at least one full demand-generation or lifecycle program end-to-end (not just a channel-execution role).
• Demonstrated ability to operate across both strategic planning and hands-on execution — someone who has built a plan and then personally driven it to results.
• Experience partnering directly with sales teams on pipeline, lead quality, and conversion.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation/CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar) and core digital channels (paid, email, social, SEO).
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, content, and analysis — with clear judgment about where AI output still needs real expertise applied on top.
• A track record of high ownership: taking on ambiguous assignments and driving them to completion independently, with proactive communication along the way.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Project management skills and understanding of OKRs.
• Fluent in English multi-lingual a bonus.
• Ownership & follow-through — takes an assignment and runs it to completion; communicates proactively when something is off-track.
• Genuine curiosity about the business — asks questions, digs into the how and why of the business rather than waiting to be told, and builds context independently.
• Sense of urgency — treats deadlines and KPI commitments as real, not soft targets; escalates blockers early instead of surfacing them at the last minute.
• Strategic-to-tactical range — equally comfortable setting a 6–12-month objective and personally executing the campaign that moves it.
• Independent relationship-building — builds trust and working relationships across sales and functional marketing without being directed to.
• AI as a force multiplier, not a substitute — uses AI to move faster and go deeper, but doesn't hand off judgment, quality control, or expertise to it.
• Experience in automotive, industrial, equipment, or similar B2B/wholesale marketplace environments.
• International or multi-market marketing experience.
• Experience operating inside a business-unit-aligned marketing structure (dedicated BU owners plus shared functional specialists).
