• Max Pay Rate: $33/hr W2 (No Benefits)
• Duration – 12 months +

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a culture of operational excellence.
• • Wire funding
• • Processing invoices
• • Facilitating mortgage document execution
• • Ensure internal control and external regulatory compliance policies and their impacts are adhered.
• • Continuously look for opportunities for business process improvements.
• • Support key on-going business goals and initiatives including onboarding of new products as dictated by the Business Unit

Requirements

• • 2-3 years Residential Mortgage experience
• • College degree preferred
• • 2 to 3 years of experience within client services and mortgage processing, including processing, closing and funding
• • Working knowledge of Mortgage Servicing related activities such as: Loan Onboarding, Escrow, and Remittance processing
• • Working knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines related to mortgage servicing
• • College degree preferred
• • Adhere to turn time commitments while working in a high-volume environment
