• Data Entry: Utilizing Microsoft Excel to manage spreadsheets and Word for professional correspondence.
• Customer Support: Troubleshooting order issues, providing product information, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Office Coordination: Managing your inbox via Outlook to ensure no request goes unanswered.

Requirements

• Software Proficiency: Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Accounting Software: Previous experience with QuickBooks (specifically for order entry) is a significant plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
