Job description

• As a Risk Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that may impact our operations and projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and project management to ensure that risks are proactively identified and addressed.

Responsibilities

• - Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and their potential impact on the company's operations and projects
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk management strategies and plans
• - Monitor and analyze key risk indicators to identify emerging risks and trends
• - Develop and maintain risk registers and ensure that risks are appropriately logged and tracked
• - Conduct regular risk reviews and provide updates to senior management
• - Work closely with project managers to ensure that risks are identified and managed throughout the project lifecycle
• - Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to minimize the impact of potential risks
• - Provide guidance and support to teams on risk management best practices
• - Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to risk management and make recommendations for improvement as needed
• - Participate in internal and external audits related to risk management and compliance
• - Prepare reports and presentations on risk management activities and findings for senior management and other stakeholders

Requirements

• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
• - 2+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in the aerospace industry
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• - Proficiency in risk management software and tools
• - Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to risk management
• - Experience in project management is a plus
• - Professional certifications in risk management (e.g. CRM, ARM) are preferred
