As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and writing engaging content. Responsibilities

• - Manage all social media platforms and marketing campaigns
• - Develop content strategies and create engaging content
• - Optimize social media presence and analyze data for optimization
• - Support podcast and video productions
• - Work closely with Principal Broker to achieve company sales goals
• - Assist in organizing and implementing office operations and sales goals

Requirements

• - Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
• - Reliable car and ability to commute to West Fort Lauderdale, FL within 30 minutes
• - Familiarity with commercial real estate (a plus, but not mandatory)
• - Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
• - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
