Job description
- The Retail Team Member plays an important role in supporting daily store operations and delivering excellent customer service. This is a hands-on retail position that includes stocking merchandise, assisting customers, organizing sales floor areas, cleaning, and helping maintain an efficient and safe shopping environment.
- Team Members work closely with store leadership to ensure the store remains clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready to provide customers with a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- • Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service
- • Assist customers with questions, directions, and general store needs
- • Stock merchandise and assist with product replenishment
- • Support bin flips, staging, and sales floor organization
- • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- • Communicate customer concerns or operational issues to store leadership
- • Work collaboratively with team members and managers during busy periods
- • Help maintain a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment
- • Perform general retail tasks as needed to support store operations
Requirements
