Responsibilities

- Coordinate with site construction, engineering, and EPC teams to ensure timely distribution and access to current‑revision documents in the field.

- Guide internal teams through EDMS workflows, ensuring timely routing, review, and release of documentation.
- Train TerraPower staff and contractors on RMDC policies, procedures, and EDMS use; assist in onboarding new users.
- Support records retention, retrieval, and disposition processes consistent with internal schedules and external compliance obligations (e.g., ASME NQA-1, NRC guidance, NIRMA).
- Perform document audits and quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Help develop and maintain RMDC tools, templates, training materials, and standard work instructions.
- Maintain and triage RMDC mailboxes and ticketing systems, escalating issues as needed.
- Contribute to readiness activities for audits, licensing submittals, vendor reviews, and regulatory inspections.
