• Senior Project Manager (Data Center & Commercial) – Salt Lake City, UT
• Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex mission-critical data center and commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Salt Lake City market.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large-scale data center and commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions.
• Support business development and preconstruction efforts as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Proven success leading large commercial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Stable work history with progressive leadership experience.
