Responsibilities

• This is an active, field-based role where you’ll work directly with homeowners and manage the customer experience throughout the restoration process.
• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing
• Perform roof and property inspections for storm damage
• Take photos and document potential damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
• Help homeowners navigate their roofing project
• Coordinate projects from initial inspection through completion
• Build relationships and generate referrals
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
