Forecasting and Route Specialist at CORD Financial Services, LLC in Temple, TX

Job description

• The Forecasting & Route Specialist supports the daily operation of CORD's ATM fleet by monitoring and preparing forecasts, coordinating route information, and helping resolve operational issues. This role works closely with Operations, route personnel, and customer support to help maintain ATM availability and efficient resource deployment. The position is primarily focused on consistent daily execution, accurate information, timely follow-up, and dependable customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily forecasts for the ATM fleet using established tools, procedures, and historical activity.
• Monitor ATM inventory levels and operational activity; identify potential run-outs, excess inventory, or service concerns and communicate them promptly.
• Coordinate inventory requirements and route changes with Operations and other internal or external partners.
• Support route planning by maintaining accurate route information and communicating terminal priorities, schedule changes, or service needs.
• Review daily ATM performance and follow established escalation procedures when an issue requires additional attention.
• Research customer or operational issues, document findings, and provide timely follow-up or recommended next steps.
• Assist with recurring reports, reconciliations, monthly inventory-control activities, and other routine operational reviews.
• Maintain accurate records, procedures, and knowledgebase information for the department.
• Provide proactive and responsive support to internal teams and customers while maintaining professional communication.
• Assist with department projects, process updates, ATM deployments, route changes, or other operational initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow established internal controls.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in inventory management, ATM operations, route support, logistics, customer service, or a related operational role. Equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications, including the ability to organize, review, and report operational data.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines, changing priorities, and time-sensitive operational issues.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within established procedures and collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Temple, Texas, Monday through Friday during established business hours.
• Ability to travel occasionally, as business needs require.
• Experience with ATM monitoring, forecasting, route planning, or field-service support.
• Experience researching customer or operational issues and coordinating follow-up across teams.
• Familiarity with cash controls, reconciliations, audit trails, or operational reporting.
