At Townsquare Interactive, we invest in our people through hands-on coaching and a structured training program designed to help you build real-world sales skills, gain confidence, and grow quickly. You’ll learn how to position digital marketing solutions that help small and medium-sized businesses attract more customers and drive real results.
Responsibilities
- Learn the sales process through hands-on training and live coaching
- Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce them to our digital marketing platform
- Discover client needs and tailor solutions that drive real results
- Conduct virtual demos and close new business
- Focus on new client acquisition (no account management)
Requirements
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Coachability and willingness to take feedback
- Strong communication skills
- Grit and determination—you’re excited to put in the work
- No sales experience required, just a desire to grow
- A BA/BS degree (preferred but not required)
