• HRIS Analyst (Human Resources Information System Analyst) | Central City Concern (CCC)

• This is an On Site in person position
• Location: Admin Building (121 NW Everett St. Portland, OR 97209)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Saturday/Sunday off)
• Salary Ranges from: $89,000 - $115,000 *This range is influenced by professional experience, licensure, certifications, and internal equity.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and maintenance of HR and organizational data in HR Systems, including employee job data, positions, departments, locations, and other foundational organizational structures.
• Assist with HR system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance activities.
• Support change requests related to HR data and processes by assessing impacts to configuration, integrations, and downstream systems.
• Ensure systems quality and data accuracy via regular audits (weekly, monthly etc.) of data adhere to all policies for proper process and protocols.
• Participate in requirements gathering with business leaders on process definition, improvement, systems, and performance and best practices to drive efficiencies.
• Develop and share custom reports and calculated fields for users, maximizing efficiency by reusing existing reports and training users on modifying reports as needed.
• Assist users within HR as needed to enable them to effectively/efficiently utilize all HR systems & modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production systems issues and maintain the internal HRIS issues log/ticketing system.
• Support small to medium HRIS initiatives by executing assigned project tasks, supporting testing, documentation, and timelines in partnership with HRIS and HR leaders.
• Work and partner with stakeholders within HR, IT, Accounting and Payroll to provide creative and efficient solutions to business needs.
• Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes for HR team members.
• Determine and manage root-cause analyses, brainstorm resolution options and communicate the same effectively across various teams including customers.
• Develop process diagrams, use cases, test plans, and training documentation as needed.
• Participate in change initiatives and manage the human side of technology implementations to include project management of technology change initiatives.
• Responsible for training end-users on new systems and providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
• Adhere to all state and federal privacy regulations, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, and to CCC policies and agreements regarding confidentiality, privacy, and security.  Support compliance with all privacy and security requirements pursuant to community partners’ and outside providers’ patient confidentiality agreements, including privacy and security requirements for EMR access.  This includes immediate reporting of any PHI breach of CCC or outside provider health records to the CCC Legal and Quality departments, as well as to the program administrator.
• Attend all mandatory CCC trainings in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 4 years of HRIS business systems experience, application development, reporting writing required.
• UKG & Workforce Management (WFM) STRONGLY preferred.
• Good understanding in user experience and interface design and development.
• Proficient in computer systems (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) with advanced Excel skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB test, and background check.
