• The Director of Marketing Technology is responsible for defining and executing PSECU's enterprise Marketing Technology (MarTech) strategy, roadmap, governance, and platform ecosystem. This role leads the technology, data, and operational capabilities that power personalized member experiences across digital channels and supports PSECU's strategic objectives for growth, engagement, retention, and product adoption.
• The Director serves as the primary owner for marketing technology platforms including marketing automation, CRM enablement, website and content management technologies, customer data activation, personalization engines, analytics, SEO/AEO, experimentation, and digital engagement tools. This position partners closely with Marketing, Information Technology, Data & Analytics, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver scalable, integrated, and measurable member experiences.
• This leader is responsible for driving innovation through automation, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies while establishing governance, operational excellence, and performance measurement frameworks across all digital member touchpoints.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:00pm. This position will be a hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation of 60% or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise Marketing Technology (MarTech) strategy, roadmap, governance framework, and technology investments to support digital experience, member engagement, and business growth objectives.
• Oversee the administration, optimization, integration, security, and performance of the marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions that support member acquisition and engagement.
• Drive enterprise personalization and customer journey strategies by leveraging member data, audience segmentation, and journey orchestration capabilities to enhance acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead website, SEO/AEO, conversion optimization, experimentation, and digital experience initiatives to improve usability, engagement, lead generation, product adoption, and member satisfaction.
• Establish and optimize marketing automation capabilities across omnichannel platforms, enabling personalized communications and efficient campaign execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Data & Analytics teams to develop performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, attribution models, dashboards, and reporting practices that drive data-informed decision-making and marketing effectiveness.
• Evaluate, implement, and govern AI-powered marketing technologies and emerging digital innovations to improve member experiences, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage Marketing Technology budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, licensing agreements, and operational resources to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value and ROI.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning that supports long-term digital transformation goals.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, accessibility, security, and regulatory requirements by establishing governance controls, conducting audits, and safeguarding member information across digital platforms and communications.

Requirements

• Bachelors: Business Administration (Required), Bachelors: Information Systems (Required), Bachelors (Required), Masters, Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Information Systems
• 10 years' experience of progressive experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Experience, CRM, Marketing Operations. | Required
• 5 years of people leadership experience. | Required
• Any equivalent combination of experience and education. | Required
• Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Optimizely, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sitecore, Tealium, Segment or similar enterprise solutions. | Not Required
