• Assist with onboarding activities and new hire orientation.
• Learn requirements for employee documentation and compliance.
• HR Operations & Administration
• Develop skills in HR data entry, reporting, and record management.
• Gain proficiency in maintaining accurate employee records.
• Employee Relations
• Observe and learn employee relations processes.
• Develop professional communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Training & Development
• Gain experience creating training materials and communications.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college/university pursuing an Human Resource, Business or Organizational Behavior degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA. The candidate should have a strong motivation to build their career in Food Production/Manufacturing.
