Job description

• Kelso Building Services (KBS) is looking for dependable team members to join our Digital Operations Center (DOC) in Ogden, Utah. The DOC provides 24/7 remote monitoring and support for customer HVAC, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and facility operations across the country.
• We are specifically seeking operators interested in weekend coverage and night shifts between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• DOC Operators monitor building systems and alarms, communicate with customers, coordinate technicians, assist with remote troubleshooting, and escalate critical issues when necessary.

Requirements

• HVAC or Building Automation experience is preferred, but not required. We will provide training for candidates with related technical or facility experience, including:
• HVAC dispatchers or service coordinators
• Facility engineers or building operators
• HVAC/BAS technicians
• Maintenance technicians/personnel
• Mechanical, electrical, or controls experience
• Other technical backgrounds with strong troubleshooting and computer skills
• We are looking for people who are dependable, comfortable with computers and technology, good communicators, and able to work independently during nights and weekends.
