• The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. This includes processing orders, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations. • The Marketing & Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing, customer engagement, lead generation, and commercial growth initiatives across MTCS Americas. The role coordinates customer-facing events, trade shows, webinars, marketing communications, CRM activities, lead management processes, and marketing operations while working closely with the Market Intelligence & Growth Lead and commercial teams throughout the region.
• The position plays a critical role in strengthening customer engagement, enhancing brand visibility, improving commercial effectiveness, and supporting revenue growth objectives through effective execution of regional marketing programs and customer-facing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Events
• Coordinate customer seminars, workshops, webinars, technical forums, and engagement programs across the Americas.
• Support customer visits, executive meetings, and regional commercial events.
• Coordinate event schedules, registrations, attendee communications, and event logistics.
• Support customer relationship-building activities through well-executed engagement programs.
• Track participation levels and event feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Trade Shows & Conferences
• Coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and customer events.
• Manage registration processes, booth logistics, vendors, promotional materials, and event schedules.
• Support commercial teams before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate post-event lead management and reporting activities.
• Measure event effectiveness and return on investment.
• Marketing Communications
• Coordinate deployment of customer communications and marketing campaigns.
• Support development and distribution of promotional materials and regional marketing content.
• Maintain presentations, brochures, case studies, customer references, and marketing collateral.
• Support communication of product launches, service offerings, and commercial initiatives.
• Assist with website content updates and social media execution activities where applicable.
• Lead Management & CRM Support
• Process and track marketing-generated leads.
• Support CRM data quality, maintenance, and reporting.
• Coordinate lead distribution and follow-up activities with commercial teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and lead conversion activities.
• Support pipeline reporting and commercial effectiveness initiatives.

• Coordinate vendors, contracts, invoices, budgets, calendars, and project schedules.
• Support annual marketing planning activities.
