Job description

• The Regional Operations Specialist is responsible for the efficient operation and overall management and direction of the day-to-day functions of an assigned Community in accordance with policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations. The position is responsible for achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy; achieving and maintaining budgetary compliance; professionally representing the Company and creating a supportive and enjoyable experience for residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assume the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability of directing the overall management and control of the activities and programs of the Community, its residents, its employees, and financial assets.
• Represent the property in dealing with outside agencies, including governmental agencies. Participate in property surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies including developing and executing plans of correction when required.
• Promote the property in a positive manner and effectively communicate the organization’s values to residents, visitors, team members and the greater community at large.
• Coach and direct Community Directors to meet the expectations and requirements of the Company including financial management, excellent service, and team member relations.
• Guide and lead marketing and sales efforts to meet or exceed targeted census goals in a timely manner and in alignment with Company expectations, procedures, and regulatory requirements including the appropriate level of care.

Requirements

• Colorado Assisted Living Administrator Certificate required.
• This position will require travel throughout Colorado.
• Senior Living experience required!
• Travel Requirements: Up to 95%+ Travel Required. Travel to assigned Communities based on need and priority. Travel assignments may be for extended periods of time and may frequently change; flexibility and availability are required.
• Colorado Assisted Living Administrator Certificate required.
• Two years of college required.
• Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
• Prior working experience with reporting and data in RealPage Accounting and Leasing & Rents, You’ve Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or other HRIS is preferred.
