Job description

• As a Financial Analyst , you’ll get to support operational reporting and analytical needs of a multi-faceted business. This role calls for strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, with the opportunity to grow into recommending improvements that drive productivity, efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute key metrics for the management team using PowerBI and working with database structures
• Support month-end reporting processes and deliverables
• Support customer and supplier reporting and analytics
• Assist with financial reporting, trend and variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Contribute to ad hoc reporting and analytics projects
• Partner cross-functionally to validate integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 0-2 years of Finance experience; internship or co-op experience in financial analysis considered
• Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI & AI assistants
• Ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to summarize detailed financial analysis clearly, with guidance from senior team members
