- MGC Contractors, Inc is looking for experienced Project Managers to join our Utah Division in the Provo area.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan.
- Oversee the pay request process.
- Monitor project costs and job cost report.
- Analyze and forecast total cost projections.
- Monitor project labor.
- Review and approve material and equipment needs.
- Assist in estimating when bidding projects.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with owners, vendors, subcontractors.
- Any and all other duties assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor degree in Construction Management or related Program required.
- At least eight (8) years of construction field experience required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Effective Communication Skills both oral and written, and quick response time to inquiries.
- Passing a pre-employment background check and drug screen is required.
