• Hospitality and Special Event Sales - Join Our Team and Make a Difference!
• Salary Range: $52,000-$55,000 (based on experience)

Arc Broward is looking for a Hospitality and Special Event Sales professional who knows how to lead and demonstrate the highest level of event service to ensure flawless executions and customer service.
• Mandatory service experience in hospitality required.
• Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of events, while maintaining exceptional overall service.
• Participates in weekly BEO meetings with catering team to review and coordinate upcoming events.
• Maintains an adequate roster of servers, bartenders, etc. Schedules and supervises them for events.
• Ensure catering deliveries are to the customer’s guideline and determined event details.
• Demonstrates the ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action.
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and initiative while overseeing event set up, execution and breakdown.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, can be substituted for prior service manager experience.
• 3+ years in a similar Food Service/Events lead role required.
• Experience using TripleSeat or other catering/event management software.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
