Job description
- We are seeking an analytical, commercially Wholesale Account Analyst to join a growing luxury brand and support the continued expansion of its North American wholesale business. This is a highly analytical and cross-functional role supporting key retail partners, with a particular focus on Nordstrom. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, highly proficient in Excel, and comfortable turning sales, inventory, and market data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Working closely with senior leadership, you will support account performance, reporting, order management, seasonal market preparation, product setup, digital execution, and day-to-day partner needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has a strong understanding of wholesale and retail, and wants to grow within a dynamic luxury brand.

Responsibilities
- Support account performance, reporting, order management, seasonal market preparation, product setup, digital execution, and day-to-day partner needs.
- Work closely with senior leadership and key retail partners, with a particular focus on Nordstrom.
- Turn sales, inventory, and market data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 1–4+ years of experience in wholesale, account management, retail merchandising, sales operations, or a related function.
- Previous experience supporting Nordstrom is required.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong commercial mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills and genuine comfort working extensively with large data sets, reporting, formulas, and business analysis.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business insights and recommendations.
- Strong understanding of wholesale and retail business fundamentals, including sales, inventory, sell-through, replenishment, and forecasting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with retail partners.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with teams across merchandising, marketing, operations, product, and digital.
- Ability to take ownership, identify issues proactively, and develop solutions independently.
- Experience with retail systems, vendor portals, NuOrder, or similar wholesale platforms is a plus.
- Experience with luxury, fashion, accessories, jewelry, or other premium consumer categories is strongly preferred.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career within wholesale and luxury retail.
