• Work location: Hybrid (3 days a week Mainly – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) | 80 Park Plaza Newark NJ
• Hours: 9am -3:30PM or 4PM
• The HR Coordinator is responsible for managing a wide variety of employee data updates, requests, and inquiries, ensuring excellent internal customer service, and handling confidential employee information with sensitivity and compliance. This role involves collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence to drive continuous improvement and stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform Tier 1 HR operations and escalate cases as needed
• Manage inquiries through various databases and channels
• Research and resolve complex inquiries/complaints
• Ensure compliance with document management processes
• Advise and educate managers and employees on self-service tools
• Monitor and manage the HR employee ticketing system
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops and projects

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or 4 years of relevant professional work experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability to learn and apply HR practices, policies, and procedures
• Proficiency in using HR systems and data sources such as SAP/HR Module
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Experience with HR ticketing systems like Ask HR
• Knowledge of document management processes
• Experience in continuous improvement workshops and projects
