Job description

• We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team and deliver engaging marketing campaigns that connect customers with solutions that make a real difference.
• Reporting to the Director, Growth Marketing, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering integrated marketing activity that supports the growth of our proficiency testing business, LGC AXIO PT. Working with commercial, product and marketing colleagues, you'll bring campaigns to life, support product launches, create customer-focused content and develop marketing materials that help customers understand the value of our products and services.
• This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of marketing experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll manage campaign planning, product marketing, customer engagement, events and international marketing activity while working alongside experienced marketers in a collaborative global team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities and customer needs.
• Create engaging marketing content and campaign materials, including presentations, customer communications, digital assets and sales support resources.
• Work with product, commercial and regional marketing teams to support new product launches and promotional activities.
• Develop customer-focused messaging and content across a range of channels.
• Collaborate with distributor and sales teams to understand customer needs and support commercial activity with effective marketing resources.
• Planning and promotion of industry events, customer meetings and webinars.
• Track campaign performance and customer engagement, using insights and data to help improve future activity.
• Coordinate marketing activity across multiple projects, ensuring campaigns and materials are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues across marketing, product management and commercial teams globally.

Requirements

• What we're looking for
• Around 2-5 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Experience supporting or delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication skills and an eye for creating clear, engaging content.
• Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and collaborating across different teams.
• A curiosity about customer behaviour and a desire to use marketing to create meaningful customer experiences and business impact.
• Experience using campaign, customer or market insights to improve marketing activity.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within a scientific, technical or highly regulated industry.
• A marketing qualification or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Experience supporting product launches, events or customer engagement programmes.
