Job description

• In this role, you will support the management of complex healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with senior project managers, clients,
• architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver state-of-the-art healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare construction projects
• • Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
• • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• • Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to senior management and clients
• • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• • Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• • Support the management of project-related issues and change requests
• • Assist in the coordination of equipment and furniture procurement and installation
• • Contribute to the development of best practices and lessons learned for future projects

Requirements

• • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• • 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in healthcare or similar complex environments
• • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and building codes (e.g., HIPAA, ADA, FGI Guidelines)
• • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
• • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and documentation
• • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple

• 75,000.00 – 85,000.00 USD per year
• Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
