Job description

• The Role.
• Let’s make moves! We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a Business Development Specialist at Revolution Mortgage, you’ll help create new business opportunities for loan originators and drive sales revenue through new loan originations. This outside sales role will require strong networking, communication, sales, and marketing skills.

Responsibilities

• What you’ll be doing.
• Create and develop plans for LO’s to connect with referral partners
• Qualify, nurture, and follow up with potential referral partners
• Create opportunities for LO’s to meet with realtors and other strategic referral partners through office events, appointments, and networking events
• Demonstrate, communicate, present, and engage with key decision makers and branch team members
• Leverage existing personal and business networks to identify potential business opportunities specifically around realtor and builder relationships
• Maintain and service referral partners
• Manage an allotted monthly expense budget focused on events and marketing activities to drive realtor and loan officer engagement.

Requirements

• What we are looking for.
• 3+ years in sales or business development
• Excellent Oral, written, and visual presentation and communication skills required
• Ability to work and contribute to a high performing team environment
• Sales oriented mindset
• Ability to travel, attend meetings offsite, and work outside of standard business hours as required
