• Position: Program Manager 1
• Program: REACH (Re-Entry Assisted Community Housing)
• Location: Hartford
• Salary: $65,000/year
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday (8-4p)
• The Program Manager 1 is responsible for program operations, development, and quality assurance. The Program Manager I will provide support, training and assistance to clients and staff to ensure program sustainability. This position is Exempt and works under the supervision of Program Management.
• Working within Adult Services, the Program Manager 1 within the REACH program works with Community Justice program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients from incarceration back into the community.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for program operations, development, and quality assurance.
• Provide support, training and assistance to clients and staff to ensure program sustainability.
• Work with Community Justice program staff to help rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients from incarceration back into the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years related experience and supervision
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
