Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse project portfolio balanced between technical integration initiatives and operational customer experience campaigns.
- Facilitate agile cadences, PI planning, dependency mapping, and clean board management across Jira and Asana.
- Serve as the strategic bridge between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable scopes.
- Optimize request pipelines, intake forms, and operational handoffs to streamline collaboration and reduce organizational friction.
- Apply adaptable execution strategies by leveraging structured agile frameworks for technical deliverables and lean planning for operational projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience balancing technical delivery with business, operational, or customer experience initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise with Jira, Asana, and multi-team PI planning or agile frameworks.
- Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Strong fluency communicating technical data flows to engineers as well as content and user journeys to business partners.
- Pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset with proven skill in knowing when to apply formal agile ceremonies versus streamlined check-ins.
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous or loosely defined business requests into clear, actionable project plans.
- PMP certification.
- Background in customer experience, operations, or marketing tech enablement.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments or Trimble ecosystems.
