Job description

• *This role with be ONSITE at our Jeffersonville,IN location.
• Work with vendors for outsourced work to ensure they are providing quality service and on time performance. In addition, they enter outsourced work as well as invoicing and shipping issues.
• Responsible for marking up the orders, checking MICR specs, reviewing all order information, entering and verifying outsourced orders via Autobatch and the custom outsourcing system.
• Other functions: Communicating with venders, other internal departments, completing logs/reports daily, faxing, assembling of orders, pricing, typing of quotes and entering holds in MINQ frequently. Requirements

• Computer experience (Excel or Windows) preferred
• Knowledge of paper types and inks also a bonus
• A complete knowledge of plant produced products and check-side products produced a plus
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; as well as strong math and organizational skills
• Must be a team player and work well under pressure
• Demonstrate a proven ability to take on increased sales responsibility
• Demonstration of exceptional performance in the areas of: sales, production, account management, leadership and professionalism
