• Join Hinge Health’s Growth team and help improve one of our key acquisition channels: direct mail. In this role, you’ll plan and execute campaigns that help prospective members discover Hinge Health and take the next step toward better musculoskeletal health.
• You’ll partner with the Direct Mail channel lead and teams across Growth Marketing Operations, Data Science, Creative, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations. You’ll own defined workstreams from planning through launch and measurement, using campaign performance, experimentation, and operational excellence to improve targeting, conversion, and return on investment.
• An analytical optimizer: You use data to understand what is working, identify opportunities, and make practical recommendations.
• A cross-functional operator: You build productive relationships across creative, analytics, operations, finance, and external partners to get work shipped.
• An experimenter: You are curious about testing new audiences, messages, formats, and offers, and you turn results into better decisions.
• An owner of execution: You follow details from brief through launch and measurement, anticipate dependencies, and communicate risks early.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute direct mail campaigns: Manage audience selection, segmentation, mailer formats, messaging, timelines, and launch readiness for prospective member campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets: Track assigned budgets and forecasts in partnership with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement, ensuring spend is aligned with approved plans.
• Optimize channel performance: Monitor volume, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and return on investment, then turn performance insights into clear recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery: Bring together Creative, Copy, Data Science, Operations, and vendor partners to move campaigns from brief through production, quality assurance, launch, and analysis.
• Support experimentation: Help design and execute tests across targeting, creative, messaging, format, and offers. Document results and apply learnings to future campaigns.
• Create visibility: Maintain campaign calendars, briefs, documentation, and reporting so partners understand status, performance, risks, and next steps.
• Communicate recommendations: Share regular performance updates and actionable insights with marketing partners and team leadership.
• Build channel expertise: Stay current on direct mail, consumer behavior, and emerging acquisition technologies to help strengthen the channel over time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, direct response, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing; experience with direct mail or another offline acquisition channel is a plus.
• Experience managing customer acquisition or engagement campaigns using segmentation, personalization, targeting, or triggered communications.
• Experience partnering with Creative or Design teams to develop and test marketing concepts, messaging, and content.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and recommend clear actions.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams and coordinate effectively across teams.
• Experience managing or optimizing direct mail campaigns, including familiarity with print production, postal processes, fulfillment, or mail operations.
• Experience integrating offline and online marketing channels or evaluating their combined impact on acquisition.
• Experience working with marketing vendors, agencies, or external production partners.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as healthcare or financial services.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, personalization, audience selection, experimentation, or campaign measurement technologies.
• Experience managing or forecasting a meaningful marketing budget and communicating tradeoffs to stakeholders.
