Job description

• The Program Manager - Evaluation Services is responsible for the overall management and daily
• operations of the diagnostic and evaluation program, including staff supervision, program performance, operational
• processes, and compliance. This position provides leadership to assigned staff, manages program resources, monitors
• service delivery and outcomes, and implements process improvements to ensure efficient and effective operations. The
• Program Manager also maintains positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders and represents Damar
• in the community.

Responsibilities

• Attends mandatory staff meetings and other meetings as assigned
• Regularly participates in community meetings and consortiums
• Collaborates with referral partners and other stakeholders
• Represents Damar at community events and conducts outreach to community partners
• Manages program operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, licensing, contractual, and organizational standards
• Monitors and evaluates program performance, service delivery, and outcomes to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Oversees the accuracy, completeness, and timely management of program data within the electronic health record (EHR) system
• Manages assigned staff, including establishing performance expectations, providing ongoing coaching and development, and ensuring accountability for assigned responsibilities
• Assigns and monitors work to ensure responsibilities are completed accurately and timely
• Develops, implements, and evaluates program processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and program outcome
• Conducts employee performance evaluations, addresses performance concerns, and implements corrective action as appropriate in accordance with Damar policies and procedures
• Manages staffing schedules and coverage to support program operations, evaluates staffing needs, and makes recommendations to leadership regarding staffing requirements
• Conducts regular file audits to ensure alignment of billable hours, progress notes, invoices, and other relevant reporting documentation
• Maintains documentation that is accurate and legible
• Establishes andmonitors program performance expectations and operational goals in collaboration with leadership

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a social services or related field, including experience overseeing program operations and supervising staff
• Experience with program compliance, documentation auditing, electronic health records, and/or billing-related processes preferred
• Trauma informed care and de-escalation training
• Ability to pass and maintain CPR Certification
• Minimum age of 18 per licensure requirements
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving)
• Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Favorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening
