Job description

• Shield AI is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Web Experience to own our digital user experience and content journeys across Shield AI for key audience personas. This role will maintain and improve existing pages, build new digital experiences, and partner with our web agency, internal design team, business stakeholders and product marketers to create high-quality web experiences that clearly communicate Shield AI’s mission, products, and impact.

Responsibilities

• Web Experience & Production
• Own UX and content journeys across Shield AI for key audiences, including customers, partners, policymakers, recruits, media, and industry stakeholders.
• Maintain, update, and improve existing website pages to ensure content accuracy, strong UX, and alignment with business priorities.
• Build new web pages and digital experiences in partnership with our web agency and internal stakeholders.
• Translate campaign, product, recruiting, and communications goals into clear, effective web experiences.
• Use WordPress to create, edit, QA, and publish website content.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Communications, Creative, Recruiting, and business stakeholders to develop web content and page structures.
• Apply strong UX judgment to improve navigation, page flow, content hierarchy, conversion paths, and audience engagement.
• Use AI-enabled design and development workflows to accelerate ideation, prototyping, page production, and content refinement.
• Coordinate with agency partners on web design, development, maintenance, SEO, analytics, and technical improvements.
• Monitor web performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for content, UX, and conversion improvements.
• Ensure website updates meet brand, quality, accessibility, and performance standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in web experience, digital experience, web production, UX/content strategy, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, design systems, or front-end development workflows.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple web updates, launches, and stakeholder requests.
• Comfort working with AI-enabled tools for design, content, prototyping, development, or workflow acceleration.
• Hands-on experience managing and publishing content in WordPress or a comparable CMS.
• Strong UX judgment with the ability to structure clear, intuitive digital journeys for multiple audience personas.
• Experience building, maintaining, and improving website pages in partnership with designers, developers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of web content best practices, page hierarchy, SEO fundamentals, accessibility, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple web updates, launches, and stakeholder requests.
• Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, national security, advanced technology, or B2B technology.
• Experience working with web agencies or external development partners.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, heatmapping, A/B testing, SEO platforms, or web performance reporting.

Benefits

• $120,000 - $180,000 a year
• Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
• Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)
