Job description

• As a Customer Service Representative, Flowerbuyer, you will play an essential role in customer satisfaction and growth by providing exceptional solution-based customer service to our member florists. The candidate will become an expert in the navigation of the Flowerbuyer website, the product line that FlowerBuyer offers, and the shipping methods we use to send florists their floral stock orders.
• You'll be working a hybrid schedule of Monday-Wednesday in the Paragould, AR office, with the option to work from home on Thursday and Friday. Working from home is voluntary and the ability to work in the office is available. We would love to have you join the team!

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from our florists, providing order support and first call resolution while working within company guidelines
• Become completely familiar with the Flowerbuyer Floral Auction site
• Provide training to new and existing florists on their Flowerbuyer Account page and ensure they fully understand their resources and tools
• Partner with other teams in the business to execute outbound call lists as needed
• Achieve key performance indicators, productivity standards, call quality performance & adhere to schedule
• Handle escalated customer issues with Supervisor support
• Additional duties/responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Self-motivated and driven, with ability to work with minimal direction
• Capacity to manage and support change
• Telecommunication experience is an asset
• Additional hours and attendance may be required for key floral holidays (Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day)
