Responsibilities

• Every day is an adventure. You and your Truck Team partner will head out across Tucson to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will:
• Drive cool company trucks along assigned service routes.
• Meet interesting new people face-to-face every day.
• Deliver on-site estimates, solve logistics "puzzles," and close sales on the spot.
• Safely remove, haul, and sort unwanted items.
• Make a positive community impact by donating and recycling items responsibly to keep waste out of landfills.

Requirements

• Age & Driver's License: Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Physical Capability: Active, high-energy, and able to repeatedly lift 50–75+ lbs throughout an active shift.
• Schedule Availability: Full-time availability (4–5 shifts per week, including 1 mandatory weekend shift).
• Customer-First Mindset: Outgoing, personable, reliable, and excited to communicate with customers and close sales.
• Growth Mindset: Coachable, competitive, and driven by performance-based earnings.
