• About this role
• We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media at AiPrise, end to end.
• LinkedIn is our proven channel. Google runs brand search today. Meta, Reddit, TV, radio, and channels we haven't named yet are on the list to test. You'll run all of it: the platforms, the creative, the budgets, the tests, and the reporting.
• Our audience is compliance leaders at fintech, payments, stablecoin, and marketplace companies. It's a small audience by paid media standards, which means precision beats volume, and every dollar gets judged on pipeline, not clicks.
• This is a hands-on role with real authority. You set the approach: how much a test needs to be conclusive, when to stop it, and when to scale it. Then you report what happened, every week, in plain numbers. You report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager, as well as sales, product marketing, content, and design.
• Paid is how we get in front of the right person at the right account. This role decides where the money goes and proves what it returned.

Responsibilities

• Every paid platform: LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Reddit, and offline tests including TV and radio. Strategy, setup, targeting, budgets, bidding, and optimization, hands on keyboard.
• The test program. A budget, a hypothesis, and a verdict date for every test. Kill fast, scale what works, and put the decision in writing.
• Creative, from concept to live ad. You develop the angles, write the copy, brief design and video on the assets, and iterate on what the numbers say. Buyer language over marketing language.
• Weekly reporting: spend, leads, SQLs, pipeline, and cost per SQL by channel and by test. Honest, sourced, reproducible.
• Account-based campaigns: paid programs against named target accounts, coordinated with sales.
• Event campaigns: pre-event targeting and post-event retargeting across our conference calendar.
• What happens after the click: landing pages and forms that match the ad and convert, working with web and content.

Requirements

• 4+ years running paid campaigns for B2B, with hands-on platform experience across at least three of LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and Reddit.
• You've managed monthly paid budgets between $20K and $100K and can show what they produced.
• You know the platforms cold: campaign structure, audiences, bidding, conversion tracking, and the settings most people leave on default.
• You can take a concept from a sentence to a live ad: the angle, the copy, the creative brief, the landing page ask, and the test design around it.
• You think in pipeline, not impressions. Comfortable in HubSpot or an equivalent CRM, spreadsheets, and attribution data, and you know when the numbers are lying.
• You set the approach. You've sized test budgets, called tests early when they were failing, and scaled winners without being told to.
• You use AI tools every day for creative development and analysis. This is a requirement, not a nice to have.
• You treat accuracy as non-negotiable. Every number you report is sourced and reproducible. This is a hard requirement, not a preference.
• You write clearly and work well remotely. Your weekly update should be readable by a founder in two minutes.
• High ownership, high autonomy, fast pace, and real care about the quality of what ships.
• Offline media experience: TV, radio, out-of-home, or podcast advertising, including how to measure it.
• Experience with account-based marketing programs.
• Experience marketing to compliance, risk, or fintech buyers.
