• Élan Partners is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager – Corporate Systems for a direct-hire opportunity with our client in Dallas.
• This senior-level role will lead and govern a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP platform and the portfolio of technology initiatives surrounding it. The Senior Technical Program Manager will manage multiple complex projects concurrently, establish program governance and delivery standards, and drive successful execution across business, technology, and implementation teams.
• The ideal candidate will bring deep program leadership experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM, along with advanced technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion integrations, system dependencies, data flows, and enterprise application architecture. This is not a traditional project management role focused primarily on schedules and deliverables. The successful candidate must have the technical depth to understand the work being performed by technical teams, lead integration and architecture discussions, challenge assumptions, identify dependencies and risks, and effectively govern the overall platform.
• Candidates should have experience leading complex enterprise ERP programs at scale, ideally including a full Oracle Fusion implementation, while managing multiple projects across resources, budgets, vendors, integrations, technical dependencies, risks, and executive stakeholders. Experience leading internal teams and third-party implementation partners is also important.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern a portfolio of enterprise Corporate Systems initiatives centered around the Oracle Fusion ERP platform.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, overseeing scope, schedules, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks, issues, and overall delivery.
• Provide program leadership across Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM, with additional exposure to EPM initiatives as needed.
• Serve as a key technical and program leader for Oracle Fusion implementations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and ongoing platform initiatives.
• Work closely with enterprise architecture, engineering, application, security, infrastructure, data, and business teams to coordinate complex cross-functional programs.
• Understand Oracle Fusion integrations and technical dependencies at an advanced level and effectively govern work performed by technical teams and implementation partners.
• Translate business objectives into structured technology programs, roadmaps, milestones, and measurable deliverables.
• Identify dependencies and risks across multiple projects and proactively address issues that could affect overall program delivery.
• Establish and maintain program governance, project standards, reporting, documentation, and executive-level communication.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, systems integrators, and technology partners, ensuring accountability for deliverables, timelines, and quality.
• Provide clear program status, risks, dependencies, financial information, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 direct reports while coordinating broader matrixed project teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale, enterprise technology programs with multiple simultaneous projects and workstreams.
• Strong hands-on program leadership experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Advanced understanding of the Oracle Fusion technical environment, including integrations, system dependencies, data flows, and interactions with other enterprise applications.
• Experience governing complex ERP programs involving internal technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and systems integrators.
• Strong understanding of the full technology delivery lifecycle, including planning, requirements, design, development/configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Experience managing complex project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both highly technical teams and senior business leadership.
• Prior people-management or team-leadership experience.
• Experience leading or playing a significant program leadership role in a full Oracle Fusion implementation.
• Oracle Fusion EPM experience.
• Experience owning or governing an enterprise ERP platform beyond the initial implementation.
• Experience working within a large, complex organization with multiple business functions and technology teams.
• Experience managing external Oracle implementation partners or systems integrators.
