• SERVPRO Team Holland is hiring a Large Loss Restoration Project Manager for all it's franchises in the central portion of Maryland
• As the Large Loss Restoration Project Manager, you will respond and take immediate action to ensure the customer is educated on the process, services of Team SERVPRO, and look to sell all aspects of the job. You will own the entire experience and be onsite within 2hrs of the loss. Our customers wants the one stop full-service shop and you are there to deliver it. This front-line production manager MUST be comfortable executing an immediate plan of action and be ready to get to work.

Responsibilities

• Right out of the gate you are to own the job, be present, create a plan of action for production and be prepared for either a traditional estimate or a time and material process.
• Know how to collaborate with on site POC, production crews, insurance partners and any subcontractors that may be needed to facilitate the drying process and exceed the customers expectations
• Be the liasion between all the divisions with your sole purpose being to serve the customer and streamline their process and provide them continual updates through the restoration process
• We are asking that you sell the best brand in the business and the only choice for all of their services
• Own all of the documentation that will culminate into a thorough collection of job site documentation that will support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• Do you have what it takes to deliver a full service white glove concierge experience to our customers?
• The buck will stop with you on these large loss projects
• When large losses are not going on you will ensure operational readiness. In addition, you will be utilized on other residential losses as a mitigation supervisor and training/mentoring current staff on company software, hands-on technician training

Requirements

• Willing to be on-call and respond 24/7
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferredAt least 3 years of project management in the restoration industry
• At least 2 years of hands on industry experience on large commercial and residential losses
• IICRC certifications in water and ASD preferred
• 2 years experience in the management of time and material jobs
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
