Responsibilities
- You’ll design and run experiments, evaluate model behavior, and translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights.
Requirements
- 1.5–6 years of experience with post-training LLMs or large-scale foundation models
- Experience at a company training foundation models
- Hands-on SFT, post-training, or agent experiments
- Strong LLM training pipeline and evaluation expertise
- Proficiency with PyTorch and distributed training frameworks
- BS/MS in CS, ML, Math, or a related field
- Experience evaluating reasoning, tool use, or agents
- Experience measuring data-quality impact on model behavior
- First-author NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR publications
- PhD in a relevant technical field
