• As an Allocation Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of fashion, data and business.
• Partnering closely with our Buying team, you’ll turn product strategies and customer behaviour into smart inventory decisions — looking at what’s selling, where the opportunities are and what we should do next.
• If you love fashion but also love understanding the why behind the numbers, you’ll feel right at home.
• This is more than moving inventory. It’s using data, curiosity and commercial instinct to influence how a Canadian fashion brand shows up for its customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our Buying team to understand each season’s product and customer strategy and translate it into smart allocation decisions.
• Analyze performance across stores and digital channels, spotting trends and adjusting inventory based on what our customers are telling us.
• Connect the dots between Buying, Planning and Distribution to make sure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
• Anticipate inventory needs around promotions, launches and key business moments while maximizing product performance.
• Keep our allocation systems, inventory information and reporting accurate so teams can make better, faster decisions.

Requirements

• You’re curious, analytical and commercially minded. You like digging into the numbers, but more importantly, you know how to turn them into action.
• You have a university degree in Commerce or a college diploma in Commerce, Fashion Marketing or a related field, along with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Numbers tell you a story. You can analyze financial and business indicators, spot opportunities and turn data into clear actions that drive results.
• You’re a natural problem-solver who brings logic, curiosity and a solutions-focused mindset to your work.
• You’re comfortable working in Excel and using data to support everyday decisions.
• You communicate clearly and build strong relationships. You are bilingual in French and English, as you’ll regularly collaborate with colleagues and partners across Canada.
