Product Manager, Web at Wag in Miami, Florida

Job description

• We're looking for a Product Manager to own the Wag! Services web experience end to end. Wag! is a mature two-sided marketplace run with a startup mentality. Our web surface touches both sides of it: the booking funnel where pet parents find caregivers and the onboarding funnel our caregivers apply in. You will own the web roadmap and communicate the strategy and impact to leadership. Day to day, you draft tickets, approve designs, and run the experiments that tell us what to roll out. This is a hands-on role working directly with engineering, design, and analytics. This role is full-time and in-person 5x a week in our downtown Miami office. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire. This position is not eligible for current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Booking Funnel and Experimentation
• Own the pet parent web booking funnel from page landing through service completion for new and returning customers
• Run the web A/B testing program end to end
• Find and fix conversion leaks across landing pages, signup, and booking flows
• Growth Surfaces
• Own our SEO and marketing pages: page structure, speed, internal linking, and click through rate
• Partner with Marketing on new landing pages and acquisition surface improvements
• Caregiver Onboarding Funnel
• Own the caregiver onboarding funnel from sign-up to approved application
• Balance dev resources between supply-side and demand-side work
• Maintain a quarterly roadmap broken into weekly sprints
• Draft PRDs and tickets with requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering
• Leverage dashboards and reports to own daily and weekly performance reporting
• Use AI tools to draft initial designs and prototypes before looping in the designer
• Communicate performance metrics to leadership including funnel conversion rates

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience on a consumer web product
• Experience owning a web booking or conversion funnel
• Experience running A/B tests end to end, including sizing, instrumentation, and ship/revert decisions
• Comfortable working with data, Excel, and basic BI tool proficiency
• Actively use AI and emerging tools to improve workflows and productivity
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong sense of ownership and eagerness to make an impact across teams
• Ability to work in-person 5x a week in our downtown Miami office
• Working proficiency in SQL
• Experience in a two-sided marketplace
• Experience with a feature-flag or experimentation platform such as Split, LaunchDarkly, or Optimizely
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Mixpanel, or a comparable analytics stack
• SEO and landing page experience, particularly on a large content footprint
• Subscription or membership product experience
• Interest in consumer marketplaces, two-sided platforms, or pet/consumer wellness
