• We're growing our LR team and hiring a Labour Relations Analyst.

Responsibilities

• The Labour Relations Analyst plays a critical coordination and support role within Dexterra's Labour Relations team. From maintaining systems and records to supporting collective bargaining activities, reporting, audits and policy implementation, you'll help keep our labour relations programs organized, efficient and effective across Canada and the United States.
• Maintain labour relations databases, records, collective agreements, templates and reference materials.
• Support collective bargaining preparation through research, data gathering, wage analysis, benchmarking and reporting.
• Track collective agreement expiries, bargaining activities and key labour relations milestones.
• Coordinate and maintain grievance, arbitration, labour board and legal files, including documentation, timelines and follow-up activities.
• Prepare labour relations reports, dashboards, metrics and trend analysis.
• Support the administration of Dexterra's Union-Free Policy, audits, risk assessments and corrective action tracking.
• Assist with the implementation of new labour and employee relations policies, processes and programs.
• Develop practical resources including toolkits, guides, FAQs, training materials and communications.
• Partner with Labour Relations, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and Operations to support projects and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of practical experience in labour relations, employee relations, human resources or a related field.
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Strong Excel, reporting and data management skills, with confidence working across various systems and databases.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to translate information into clear, practical resources.
• Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential employee, labour relations and legal information.
• A collaborative, service-oriented approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves to support the team where needed.
• Experience supporting labour relations activities, legal files, investigations or collective bargaining processes.
• Familiarity with U.S. labour relations legislation.
