- - Maintain site level risk registers and change control logs, confirm every entry has an owner and a mitigation, and prepare inputs for weekly program risk reviews.
- - Track progress against approved baselines, report status and variances, and draft corrective action plans for review.
- - Support deliverable reviews and phase gate checkpoints, including coordinating technical reviewers, tracking comments to closure, and confirming deliverables meet contract requirements before submission to the client.
- - Prepare and maintain project documentation in accordance with program governance and client requirements, and support the transition of project data into the program's systems, including Power BI and Kahua.
- - Identify work requested outside current contract scope and route it through the change control process.
- - Step into a needs package or site team on short notice to cover gaps, coordinate with field staff, and report back to the PMO.
- - Coordinate with client and partner counterparts to keep submissions, approvals, and reporting aligned.
- - Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
- Two or more years supporting projects in a federal, infrastructure, facilities, or construction environment. Experience on a federal program with multiple task orders is strongly preferred.

- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications well enough to support deliverable and site reviews.
- Strong written communication, with the ability to turn field and technical information into clear status for leadership.
- Comfort working across organizational boundaries with client, partner, and subcontractor staff.
