Job description

• We are seeking a seasoned cost controller to oversee and enhance cost management practices across a diverse portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial transparency, governance, and strategic insights that support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent and transparent cost control processes across all projects and programs.
• Strengthen governance and contract oversight through risk reflection and financial alignment.
• Champion digital transformation by implementing scalable tools and ensuring data integrity.
• Provide strategic cost insights and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support portfolio-level change management and maintain alignment across controls disciplines.
• Promote continuous improvement through process refinement and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting and cost modelling capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cost control functions within large-scale portfolios or infrastructure programs.
• Deep understanding of cost management practices including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Proficiency in digital tools such as PPM systems, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex cost data and deliver actionable insights.
• Experience in driving process improvement, automation, and standardisation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
