• Norm is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to create distinctive, high-impact content that builds our brand, advances our point of view, and helps clients understand the value of Norm’s products and services. As a senior member of our marketing team, you’ll work directly with executives and subject-matter experts to turn their expertise, ideas, and perspectives into compelling thought leadership and marketing materials.
• This role requires an exceptional writer, editor, and strategic thinker who can translate complex topics into clear, persuasive narratives for sophisticated audiences. You’ll shape content from initial concept and point of view through drafting, production, and distribution—creating work that earns attention, strengthens Norm’s position in the market, and supports our most important business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop our point of view: Work directly with executives and subject-matter experts to uncover strong ideas and turn them into differentiated perspectives on AI, law, regulation, and the future of work
• Create high-impact content: Write and produce thought leadership, reports, articles, executive bylines, case studies, presentations, campaign assets, website copy, sales materials, and other content for priority audiences
• Lead the editorial strategy: Identify the topics, narratives, and formats that will strengthen Norm’s position in the market and establish a clear editorial roadmap around them
• Own the editorial process: Lead content from concept through publication, including research, interviews, outlining, drafting, editing, stakeholder reviews, production, and distribution
• Shape the narrative: Partner with Brand, Communications, Product Marketing, GTM, and Norm Law to ensure content reflects Norm’s positioning, voice, and strategic priorities
• Build signature content programs: Develop repeatable editorial franchises and content series that establish authority, support campaigns, and create sustained engagement with target clients
• Extend the impact: Turn major content pieces into channel-specific assets for social, email, events, campaigns, executive communications, and sales enablement
• Drive project management: Manage editorial calendars, contributors, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional work on time
• Own the metrics: Measure content performance, gather qualitative feedback, and use audience insights to continually improve topics, formats, distribution, and impact

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, communications, journalism, or a related field
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of clear, compelling work created for sophisticated or executive audiences
• A track record of developing high-impact thought leadership and marketing materials across multiple formats and channels
• Experience working directly with executives and subject-matter experts to develop original points of view and translate expertise into accessible content
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to identify the ideas, arguments, and stories most likely to resonate with an audience
• Experience independently shaping content strategy and leading complex projects from an ambiguous starting point through publication
• Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple content initiatives, contributors, and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfort engaging deeply with complex, technical, or highly regulated subject matter
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving fluidly from a broad idea to a polished final product
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for thoughtful action in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Familiarity with AI, legal technology, regulation and policy, or another complex enterprise category
• Experience writing for legal, compliance, risk, technology, or C-suite audiences
• Experience creating research-driven reports, executive thought leadership, or original editorial franchises
• Familiarity with content distribution, search, AEO, social media, email marketing, and audience development
• Experience directing designers, video producers, agencies, freelancers, or other creative contributors

• Range: $140K–$180K
• The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new-hire salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
