• Inviso is looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to help lead & run the day-to-day delivery of several key B2B marketing programs. This role serves as a trusted client partner and the central point of coordination across strategy, content, creative, production, and reporting. You will turn business goals into clear plans, keep teams aligned, and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive communicator who is comfortable managing multiple workstreams, navigating changing priorities, and creating clarity in a fast-moving environment. Experience supporting technology, cloud, AI, data, cybersecurity, or professional services marketing is a plus.
• Clients have confidence in the plan, progress, and quality of delivery.
• Teams understand priorities, responsibilities, decisions, and deadlines.
• Projects are delivered on time, within approved scope and budget, and with fewer last-minute surprises.
• Risks and roadblocks are surfaced early and addressed with clear options.
• Project documentation and reporting provide useful visibility for clients and internal leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and a clear understanding of business goals.
• Lead projects from intake through delivery, including scope, schedule, creative kickoff, proofing, approvals, and final closeout.
• Translate campaign objectives into actionable project plans, creative briefs, timelines, and next steps.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors across account management, content development, design, digital, operations, and sometimes external partners.
• Ability to perform first-pass reviews of presentations, marketing content, and client deliverables to ensure clarity, consistency, completeness, and alignment with project objectives.
• Manage integrated deliverables such as email campaigns, web and landing-page content, presentations, social content, digital assets, customer stories, white papers, infographics, and sales enablement materials.
• Facilitate client and internal meetings, document decisions, and ensure owners and next steps are clear.
• Anticipate risks, resolve roadblocks, manage scope changes, and communicate tradeoffs before they affect quality, timing, or budget.
• Provide thoughtful recommendations and options when challenges arise, helping clients make informed decisions rather than simply reporting status.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting in project management and collaboration tools.
• Partner with the team to review campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and capture lessons learned.
• Improve repeatable processes, templates, and ways of working that increase quality, visibility, and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing project management, account management, or integrated campaign delivery.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex programs and deliverables from start to finish.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills.
• Working knowledge of B2B marketing channels, content development, creative production, campaign operations, and performance reporting.
• Ability to connect project decisions to broader campaign, business, and client objectives.
• Ability to create practical schedules and budgets, manage dependencies, and keep work moving across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 and modern project management and collaboration tools(Asana); familiarity with AI-assisted content creation, review, or project management workflows is a plus; experience with Microsoft clients or ecosystem marketing is helpful but not required.
• Comfort operating and creating structure in a high-volume environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
• A solution-oriented mindset, sound judgment, and a willingness to take ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

The base pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, reflecting the cost of labor across multiple US geographic markets. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as location, job-related skills, experience, education or training, and the needs of Inviso’s different lines of business.
